Dr. Jessica Mariño ist Softwarearchitektin und wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in der Abteilung »Virtual Engineering« des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Experimentelles Software Engineering IESE in Kaiserslautern. Sie promovierte an der TU Darmstadt in Maschinenbau, wobei sie sich auf numerische Simulationen multiphysischer Phänomene spezialisierte, insbesondere im Bereich Thermische Fluide und Strukturen. Sie ist außerdem in der Softwareentwicklung versiert und ist Mitglied des FERAL-Entwicklungsteams am IESE. Ihr Interesse gilt u.a. der Bewältigung komplexer Probleme bei gekoppelten Simulationen. -- Dr. Jessica Mariño is a software architect and researcher in the Virtual Engineering department of the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering IESE in Kaiserslautern. She earned her PhD in Mechanical Engineering from TU Darmstadt, Germany, specializing in numerical simulations of multiphysics phenomena, particularly in the domain of thermal fluids and structures. Additionally, she is proficient in software development and is a member of the FERAL development team at IESE. Her interests include tackling complex problems in coupled simulations.
