Exhibitor from all over the world present an extensive range of products over the ten days of the event. The Grüne Woche also provides a platform for current social issues such as climate protection, the circular economy, resource conservation, and sustainable land use. The 88th annual Grüne Woche will take place from 19 to 28 January 2024.
We will present with our project X-KIT at the joint booth of KTBL in Hall 23a, Booth 23.
About the X-KIT project:
Support of AI projects and the Gaia-X domain “Agriculture”
The project “X-KIT (Gaia-X and AI Projects: Transfer & Networking)” accompanies 36 AI research projects of the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) as a networking and transfer project and will also participate in the further development of the Gaia-X domain “Agriculture”.
Under the leadership of the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering IESE, seven project partners are collaborating in the project. The aim is to ensure overarching networking and support for the AI projects funded by BMEL. In addition, there will be further development of the domain “Agriculture” in GAIA-X, a project for the establishment of a European data infrastructure for sovereign data exchange.
The primary goal of X-KIT is to utilize synergy effects as extensively as possible and to develop compatible solutions. In this way, the potential of digitalization for the food industry, for agriculture, for nutritional health, and for rural areas is to be exploited as fully as possible.
So come along in January and enjoy the Grüne Woche with us.
