Please make you complete application documents available to us. Please note that a maximum of 5 files with a volume of 50 MB each can be uploaded. A printout of these documents should result in regular application documents. Unfortunately, ZIP archives, Word files, and image files cannot be considered. For organizational reasons, application documents from applicants’ personal websites or websites of other organizations will not be downloaded manually.
Your application should include the following documents:
We want to know from you what the motivation for your application is and which expectations you have regarding us and your future work. Please describe which knowledge and skills you have that match your desired position, and provide some personal details. Finally, we ask you to tell us when you could start working for us.
In your CV, please describe your professional career to date. A clear presentation will help us to get a picture of your personality and your qualifications. For this reason, your CV should include the most important information about your education and your professional experience as well as about your competencies. If necessary, please add any further information that you want to give us so that we can get to know you better.
Your certificates (baccalaureate, Bachelor, Master, Diplom, etc.) document all relevant stages of your CV. They usually also include apprenticeship and study certificates and, if applicable, reference letters from previous employers.
If you are applying for a position as a researcher and you have already published papers, a list of your publications to date is of interest to us.
Once we have received your application, you will get an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. Then your application documents will be checked by our Human Resources department and by the specialist department. We strive to make decisions as quickly as possible. In individual cases, this may take several weeks.
If your application convinces us, we will invite you to a personal interview. In general, an interview, which lasts about one hour, will be conducted directly by the responsible department. The head of administration may also be present. In this interview, we want to get to know you better and learn more about your personality, your skills, and your qualifications. Of course, you should also get to know us better. We will be happy to answer all your questions.
After the interview, we will inform you of our decision as soon as possible. If you receive an offer from us and accept it, the contract will then be drawn up on this basis.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you a generally applicable period of time, as the processing of applications depends on several factors.
