Cloud-based large language models (LLMs) offer a wide range of possible applications, but require careful technical implementation. How do you choose the right model? What security risks need to be considered? And how can GDPR compliance be guaranteed?

In this practical seminar, technical specialists will gain a comprehensive overview of various cloud LLMs, learn best practices for secure deployment and configuration and find out which technical and legal requirements are crucial for secure operation.

Cloud-based large language models (LLMs) offer new opportunities for companies, but at the same time place high technical demands on selection, security and compliance. The choice of the right service and deployment model has a significant impact on the integration and scalability of LLMs in existing IT infrastructures. At the same time, risks such as data leaks, inadequate access controls and regulatory requirements must be taken into account at an early stage.

An in-depth technical understanding is crucial in order to implement LLMs securely and efficiently in cloud environments. Best practices help to minimize security risks and technically implement data protection requirements - especially the GDPR.

This practical seminar is aimed at technical specialists who want to set up, secure and integrate LLMs in the cloud. In addition to an overview of various cloud models and security mechanisms, the first steps towards secure implementation will be developed using concrete examples and interactive demos on Microsoft Azure. The aim is to provide LLMs efficiently, control risks and create a future-proof basis for productive use.

Technical specialists receive a comprehensive overview of various cloud LLMs and learn best practices for secure deployment and configuration. They will also learn which technical and legal requirements are crucial for secure operation.

  • Cloud architects and engineers who want to implement LLMs securely and scalably.
  • IT security and compliance experts who need to ensure secure and GDPR-compliant LLM applications.
  • DevOps and platform engineers who integrate LLMs into existing cloud infrastructures
  • Software developers and technical consultants who integrate LLMs into enterprise applications.

There are no specific entry requirements.

In addition to building up knowledge, great importance is attached to the application of what has been learned. Hands-on sessions and exchanges with experts and specialists consolidate the knowledge acquired.

After the seminar, participants will be able to use the approaches they have practiced to set up LLMs in the cloud.

After the seminar you can ...

  • ... compare and evaluate different cloud LLM service and deployment models.
  • ... identify and minimize security risks of LLMs in the cloud.
  • ... implement data protection requirements (GDPR, data processing) in practice.
  • ... configure APIs securely and use authentication methods.
  • ... efficiently integrate cloud LLMs into software applications.

The seminar offers you ...

  • ... in-depth insights into the deployment models and functionality of LLMs in the cloud.
  • ... practical exercises on the secure configuration and integration of cloud LLMs.
  • ... in-depth knowledge of GDPR and an overview of other legal guidelines.
  • ... Best practices for risk minimization and secure API usage.

This course combines theoretical knowledge with exercises to teach the secure and efficient use of cloud-based LLMs. In addition to an introduction to various deployment models and security requirements, the focus is on practical application. Hands-on sessions and discussions with the speakers will consolidate and directly implement the knowledge acquired.

The content is taught in one day.
